ABOUT UNITED WATER AND FIRE RESTORATION
HANDS-ON
CONSTRUCTION.
DRIVEN BY ACCOUNTABILITY.
United Water and Fire Restoration is a full-service construction and restoration company providing fast, reliable, high-quality residential and commercial solutions throughout the Chicagoland area.
OUR STORY
A LOCAL CONTRACTOR WITH TWO DECADE-DEEP ROOTS IN CHICAGOLAND.
United Water and Fire Restoration was founded on hands-on construction experience and a simple commitment: help homeowners and businesses recover quickly after damage. Operating under Salman Builders Group, LLC — our licensed and insured parent company — we bring full-service construction capability to every restoration project.
Over the last decade, we've grown from emergency restoration work into a full-service contractor handling everything from burst-pipe water damage at 2am to full kitchen renovations, basement build-outs, and commercial construction projects across the Chicagoland area.
What's never changed is how we operate: clients work directly with our local team. We respond quickly. We communicate clearly. We do the work right the first time.

"BUILDING TRUST. RESTORING HOMES."
OUR MISSION
Deliver reliable construction and restoration services with honesty, quality workmanship, and fast response times — every project, every time.
_____
Honesty
Transparent pricing, realistic timelines, straightforward communication. We tell you what we know, what we don't, and what we recommend.
_____
Quality Workmanship
Over 20 years of combined trades experience on our crews. Workmanship warranties on qualifying projects. We don't cut corners.
_____
Fast Response
60–90 minute average emergency arrival. For non-emergency projects, you get an estimate fast and a real start date you can plan around.
_____
Personal Accountability
No corporate phone trees. No off-shore call centers. You talk to the people running your project — every step of the way.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
WHY CHOOSE A LOCAL CONTRACTOR
OVER A NATIONAL CHAIN?
01
You Work Directly With Decision-Makers
National chains route your call through tiers of dispatchers and franchisees. At United, you talk to the people who will actually be on your job site.
02
We Know Chicagoland
From Palatine to Northbrook, Schaumburg to Evanston — we know the building codes, the village permits, the insurance carriers, and the local subcontractors.
03
Lower Overhead. Better Value.
We don't pass on franchise fees, national advertising budgets, or layers of management cost. The savings go into better materials and better craftsmanship.
04
One Contractor From Start to Finish
Restoration AND reconstruction AND remodeling. Most companies hand off the rebuild to a different crew. We don't.
05
Genuine Care About Outcomes
Reputation is local for us. We live and work in the same communities our clients do. That keeps us honest.
06
Clear, Direct Communication
You'll know what's happening, when, and why. No vague timelines. No silent crews. No guessing.
